General Information

Hours of Service

EZRide operates Monday through Friday only. No service on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. EZRide service is provided from approximately 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM, and from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Please check the timetables for exact times of first and last trips.

Accessability

All EZRide buses are equipped with wheelchair lifts.

  • Child 5-11 years old with adult
  • Student with MBTA Student ID Badge
  • Senior Citizen (65+)
  • Person with Disability (must present valid MBTA Transportation Access Pass or Massachusetts Commission for the Blind ID)

Lost & Found

We will make every attempt to recover lost items on board shuttles, however, neither Charles River TMA, nor our contractor, MLTS, Inc., assumes any responsibility for items lost on board shuttle buses.  If you have lost an item, please call 617-839-4636 (617-8EZ-INFO) and leave a message describing the lost item, the time and direction of the shuttle trip you were on, and the bus number.  We will contact you to arrange for pick up if the item is found.
