Hours of ServiceEZRide operates Monday through Friday only. No service on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. EZRide service is provided from approximately 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM, and from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Please check the timetables for exact times of first and last trips. Lost & Found We will make every attempt to recover lost items on board shuttles, however, neither Charles River TMA, nor our contractor, MLTS, Inc., assumes any responsibility for items lost on board shuttle buses. If you have lost an item, please call 617-839-4636 (617-8EZ-INFO) and leave a message describing the lost item, the time and direction of the shuttle trip you were on, and the bus number.
