If you live, work or go to school anywhere in Massachusetts, we’ll again challenge you, your friends and colleagues to pledge to take some or all of your everyday trips by bicycle May 11th – 19th 2013. Registration is absolutely free. No fee and no fundraising required: this is for fun, fitness and efficient transportation.
We’ll track the number of trips and total miles, and attribute them to your workplace or school and home community in a friendly competition. We’ll acknowledge the top businesses, schools and communities at the annual Bike Bash (June 4th) and your registration makes you eligible to win great bicycling gear and goodies donated by great retailers, manufacturers, and local Massachusetts bike stores.
Looking forward to riding with you soon!

Congratulations to the over 130 MassCommute TMA members and MassRIDES partners who were recognized on March 28, 2013 at Fenway Park!
Please visit ECO Awards for a recap of the event.
MassCommute, the Massachusetts Council of Transportation Management Associations (TMAs), and the Massachusetts Department of Transportation, through MassRIDES, the statewide travel options program, support Massachusetts employers in their efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions through decreased drive-alone trips while encouraging employees to travel to work by transit, carpools, vanpools, by bicycling or walking, or through support of telework programs.
Annually, MassCommute and MassDOT recognizes employer's efforts toward making a more sustainable Massachusetts at the Massachusetts Excellence in Commuter Options (ECO) Awards.
